REFUND POLICY

At TheriCollective, all products are made to order. Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns.

We do accept exchanges in the following cases:

• You received the wrong size
• Your item arrived defective or misprinted

To request an exchange, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review your request and send a replacement at no additional cost if approved.

We are not responsible for exchanges due to customer error (wrong size selected at checkout).

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store payment information.
